  Service was bad no tea and didn't go fill it or try to. Would not go back. Didn't have any knives and didn't even try to fill them. Definitely not going back to this one. Don't know how they are still open

  Taco Bell in Shepherdsville is the absolute worst. Waited over 40 minutes in the drive through. When I got to the speaker, did I get Welcome to Taco Bell ... oh no. I go some one who just said Hello. I had to ask if they were ready to take my order. Never had such bad service. So another 15 minutes or better to get to the window. Where all I got was "that will be $". No sorry for your wait or nothing. Then pay for my dinner they shut the window and now waiting 5 minutes for my food. The girl almost dumped my food out right before handing it to me. I get home and my taco supreme is basically vegetarian taco with hardly any meat. My pizza is all smushed from when the girl almost dumped it. Never again. I have been in Customer Service for over 20 years and this was as bad as I have ever been or seen a customer treated. Will never and I mean never go back there.
